T. Carlson claims that UFOs are controlled by "spiritual beings" based underground and in the ocean

Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) have been the subject of controversy year after year. Over time, various unexplained images have been captured, theories have circulated, and strange stories have circulated. But now Tucker Carlson, a well-known American journalist, broadcaster, and book author, has spoken out about UFOs and recently interviewed even the Russian President himself.

Last week, Carlson, who appeared on comedian Joe Rogan's podcast, came up with a theory that many have hardly heard. According to him, UFOs and their pilots may not be "extraterrestrials" from a distant planet at all, but "spiritual beings" who have been living on Earth for as long as humanity itself[1].

During the three-hour conversation, the well-known journalist made no bones about it:

"There is overwhelming evidence that they are under the ocean and underground. They have been here for a very long time."

During the interview, Carlson seemed to genuinely believe what he was saying. He also complained that there are still many unanswered questions about this problem, which is now increasingly referred to as unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). As a reminder, the US Department of Defence has officially adopted this new UFO term.

T. Carlson said that these beings are not new:

"They come from here and have been here for thousands of years - whatever they are. And it's pretty clear to me that they are 'spirit beings' - whatever that means."

The well-known journalist also added that when he uses expressions such as "supernatural", he means that these beings are "higher than observable nature". According to Carlson, they "do not behave according to the laws of science".

Aliens have been referred to as spiritual beings for years and compared to angels or demons

Interestingly, Carlson is by no means the first person to talk about the earthly origins of UFOs and their spirituality. This comment by Carlson was reminiscent of the speeches by Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison and his colleague Tim Burchett. Last year, they both equated UFOs with the creatures mentioned in the Bible[2].

In January 2023, before Burchett began his efforts to bring UFO whistleblowers to testify before Congress, he told reporters:

"The first chapter of the book of Ezekiel clearly mentions a UFO sighting."

And Burlison, who is familiar with the secret UFO reports, said:

"When I use the term 'angels', to me it is synonymous with extradimensional beings."

But even these politicians are not the first to try to link UFOs to religious aspects. Speculation about UFOs, religious theories, and interdimensional beings has been recurrent since the early 20th century. The concept probably reached its peak in 1969 with the publication of Passport to Magonia: from Folklore to Flying Saucers by astronomer and internet pioneer Jacques Vallée.

Vallée compiled as many as 1180 collisions into one book. He mentions the "luminous" flying "mojis" reported in Japan, the Roman stories of hovering "shields," and the Indian stories of "baskets from the sky" to support the continuity of such stories with modern "flying saucers." Later, Vallée wrote a study on the physical evidence for the UFO crash, which was published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Progress in Aerospace Sciences.

Angelic or even demonic forces that have been living among us for many years are also often spoken of by various people called conspiracy theorists. But so far, all the theories remain mere speculation. Even NASA has publicly admitted that, after extensive research, it still cannot explain most of the anomalous phenomena.
